Transport Account User Terms

Terms for each individually authenticated company administrator or driver who uses the PRONTOMIGO S.R.L. transport workspace and provider app.

Version 2026-09-27.1. This is the published partner agreement referenced during signup and onboarding.

Version 2026-09-27.1

1. Personal account and scope

These Transport Account User Terms ("User Terms") apply between PRONTOMIGO S.R.L. ("ProntoMigo", "we", "us") and the individual person using a transport-company account ("you"). Your account is personal: you must not share credentials or let another person act under your identity.

These User Terms govern access to the platform. They do not by themselves appoint you to bind a Transport Company, create a transport contract in your own name or replace the separate Transport Company Agreement accepted by an authorised company administrator.

2. Company roles

A Company administrator may manage the company workspace, team, fleet and depots, accept or decline a commercial assignment for the company, and assign an eligible driver and vehicle. A Driver may view and acknowledge only jobs assigned to that driver's personal account and may perform the mobile execution steps.

You must use only the permissions of your assigned role. A driver does not accept the commercial job for the company, choose the company payout recipient or represent that they can bind the company.

3. Accurate identity and access security

You must provide accurate identity, contact and role information, keep it current, protect your password and device, and notify info@prontomigo.com promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You must not create duplicate identities to bypass suspension, compliance review or assignment controls.

Every action recorded under your authenticated account may be attributed to you for security, custody and audit purposes, subject to applicable law.

4. Verification and eligibility

ProntoMigo may require identity and role verification before access is activated. Drivers must maintain a valid driving licence and any CQC, qualification, training or legal entitlement required for the assigned vehicle and work. Company administrators must keep company and fleet information accurate and must not activate an ineligible driver or vehicle.

You must tell the company administrator and ProntoMigo promptly if a licence, qualification, insurance-related fact or other eligibility condition expires, is suspended or becomes inaccurate.

5. Manual assignment workflow

Commercial van and truck jobs are not broadcast as marketplace offers. ProntoMigo Operations manually assigns a job to one Transport Company. An authorised company administrator accepts or declines it for the company and, after acceptance, assigns one eligible named driver and one compatible company vehicle.

The assigned driver must acknowledge the assignment in their own account. You must not perform a job that is absent from your account, assigned to another driver, attached to another company or paired with an unapproved vehicle.

6. Driver execution and safety

Drivers must inspect the assigned vehicle and cargo conditions, comply with road-safety, loading, load-securing, weight, route, driving-time, rest, tachograph and site-access rules, and follow lawful customer and operations instructions. Stop and contact the company administrator or ProntoMigo if the cargo, vehicle, route or site cannot be handled safely or lawfully.

An ordinary driver or vehicle change is allowed only before loading evidence is captured. After custody begins, any exceptional handover must remain inside the same company, state the reason, receive ProntoMigo approval and create a new loading-evidence record for the replacement assignment.

7. Loading, unloading and delivery PIN

For each assigned transport, the driver must capture the required LOAD photo at collection before departure and the required UNLOAD photo at destination. The customer then provides the three-digit delivery PIN already shown in their authenticated account; the driver enters that PIN to complete delivery.

Do not ask the customer to send the PIN remotely or enter it before unloading. Do not bypass, fabricate, reuse or alter evidence. Photos must focus on the cargo and handover condition and avoid unnecessary people, identity documents or unrelated private information.

8. Location and operational data

The provider app may collect location during an authorised active assignment for live tracking, safety, ETA and support. Tracking must stop when the assignment is terminal or revoked. Delivery-PIN verification, driver/vehicle assignment history, cargo-custody events and private loading/unloading evidence are processed under the ProntoMigo Privacy Policy and applicable retention schedule.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not share accounts; impersonate another user; accept or execute work outside your role; use an unregistered driver or vehicle; falsify identity, qualifications, photos, PIN results, time or location; disclose customer data outside fulfilment; harass customers or staff; carry prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods; or solicit customers to bypass the platform for a transport that originated through ProntoMigo.

10. Suspension, removal and reassignment

The Transport Company may suspend or remove your membership subject to active-job safeguards. ProntoMigo may restrict or suspend access for security, safety, fraud, legal, eligibility or material policy reasons. An active driver cannot be removed until their job is safely reassigned or completed. Where reasonable and legally possible, we provide reasons and a review route through info@prontomigo.com.

11. Company relationship and payment

Transport jobs are contracted and settled at company level under the Transport Company Agreement. The accepted Transport Company is the payout recipient; drivers do not receive a personal freight payout from ProntoMigo through this workflow. Your employment, contractor, remuneration, tax and social-security relationship with the Transport Company is governed by that relationship and mandatory law. Nothing in these User Terms waives non-excludable worker rights or determines a legal classification contrary to the facts.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these User Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes are notified through the app, dashboard or email and may require renewed acceptance before continued access. Completed actions remain governed by the version in force when they occurred.

These User Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. Contact: info@prontomigo.com; support: info@prontomigo.com; PEC: prontomigo@pec.it.
