2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels.
We use these technologies to operate the website securely, remember your language preference and record your cookie consent choices. With marketing consent, we store limited first-party campaign attribution. The current website does not load analytics or advertising tags.
3. Cookie categories we use
Essential cookies and storage (always active): necessary for language selection, request continuity, abuse prevention and storing your cookie choice. These cannot be disabled through our panel without affecting the requested feature.
Analytics cookies (optional): may help us understand website use. No analytics tag is loaded by the current website code. If one is introduced, it will remain blocked until you actively consent and this policy is updated.

No analytics or advertising tag is loaded by the current website code. We will identify a provider and its cookies here before enabling one. A saved choice may be requested again after 180 days, when the processing changes materially, or when the record is unavailable.
4A. Storage in the mobile apps
The ProntoMigo customer, provider and merchant apps do not use cookies. They keep on your device only what they need to work, in the device's secure storage or the app's own storage, without your consent being required because each item is strictly necessary for a feature you use:

The apps contain no advertising or analytics tracking and do not read your device's advertising identifier. Crash reports, when enabled, are described in the Privacy Policy. Your marketing choices (offers by notification, by email and personalised offers) are kept in your account, not on the device, and you manage them in the app's notification settings.
5. Legal basis
Essential cookies and storage are used without cookie consent only where they are strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service you explicitly requested, in accordance with Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the applicable ePrivacy rules. The related personal-data processing relies on contract necessity, legal obligation or legitimate interest as appropriate to the feature.
Analytics and marketing cookies are used only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable ePrivacy rules). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
6. Third-party providers
The current website code does not load an analytics or advertising provider. Marketing consent permits only the first-party attribution cookie listed above.
Before enabling a third-party tag, we will update this policy with the provider, purpose, duration and transfer safeguards and keep the tag blocked until consent. You may also request the then-current provider list at info@prontomigo.com.
7. How to manage your preferences
When you first visit the website, our cookie banner lets you:
- accept all optional cookies;
- reject optional cookies with the same ease;
- customise categories and save your choice.
Consent requires an active action, not pre-ticked boxes, scrolling or continued browsing. Use Cookie preferences in the website footer at any time to reopen the panel and change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing marketing consent deletes the first-party attribution cookie. You may also clear browser storage for https://www.prontomigo.com.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.
